ASO Sensor (“ASO Sensor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by VASUNDHARA SOLUTIONS LAB LLP. We run the website at asosensor.com and provide a software service that helps app teams track keyword rankings, monitor competitors and measure the impact of store listing changes on the App Store and Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

By using ASO Sensor, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the service.

Account information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and any details you provide, such as your name, company name and the apps you want to track.

Connected store accounts

When you connect App Store Connect, Google Play Console or Apple Ads, we store the credentials or access you grant, encrypted, and receive the data those services make available for your apps, such as app and listing details, listing version history, and performance and search data.

Public app store data

To track rankings and competitors, we collect publicly available information from the App Store and Google Play, such as search results, keyword rankings, and competitor app listings and their changes. This information describes apps, not individual people.

Content you add

We store what you add to your workspace, such as tracked keywords, competitor lists, notes, and the decisions and changes you record.

Messages you send us

When you contact us, for example through our contact form, we collect the details you include, such as your name, email address and message.

Website usage

When you visit asosensor.com, our servers record standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and referrer, which we use to operate and secure the site. We do not use third-party advertising pixels.

What we do not collect

ASO Sensor works with app-level and aggregated store data. We do not ask for the names, contact details or other direct identifiers of your app's users. We do not collect payment card information; payments for paid plans are processed by a regulated payment provider that handles cardholder data on its own infrastructure.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the service.
• To track keyword rankings and competitors, record listing changes, measure their impact, and generate recommendations for you.
• To display analytics, history and reports in your dashboard, and to send the alerts you set up.
• To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and security or service notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party machine learning models.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With Apple and Google. When you connect a store account, we use the access you grant to request your data through the official App Store Connect, Google Play Console and Apple Ads interfaces. This is required to provide the connected features of the service.
• With service providers. We rely on a small set of providers for cloud hosting, error monitoring, email delivery, payments and customer communications. These providers process data on our behalf under written contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security.
• Legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ASO Sensor, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If ASO Sensor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users in advance where required by law.

We retain account and tracking data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Ranking history, listing changes and the results we measured are kept for as long as your account is active, because that history is what lets ASO Sensor compare changes over time.

You stay in control of your data from within the dashboard: removing an app permanently deletes its tracking history from our systems, and disconnecting a store account deletes the credentials stored for it. Some records may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and security. See Data Deletion for details.

We protect data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of store credentials, restricted internal access with audit logging, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and any required regulators of a material data breach as required by law.

ASO Sensor is operated from India. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such cross-border transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. ASO Sensor is intended for use by app developers, publishers and marketing teams and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email or through the dashboard before the changes take effect.
